Crossroads was founded to provide supported living and community integration for people with developmental
disabilities through the Sikeston Regional Center, Poplar Bluff
Regional Center, and the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Crossroads also provides in-home services through the Division of
Senior Services and with the Division of Children with Special Needs. The founders have over 90 combined years of experience in
providing and administering supported living, group home living, and
in-home care.
Our Mission
We
at Crossroads believe that all people have the right to make their own
decisions regarding where they live, how they live, and with whom they
live. Crossroads promotes and protects the right of every person
we serve to make their own decisions and to express their preferences
in each area of their life. We believe that these choices reflect
each person's unique interests. We at Crossroads pledge to assist
each person we serve in exercising their rights of choice about where
they live and work. We pledge to provide individualized
support to assist people in meeting their own unique needs.
